Questions
Questions from parents
What age are these worksheets for?
Most children of 5 to 10 can do them. Younger children enjoy sheets 1 and 2 with a grown-up; older children can go straight to the checkmate puzzles.
Do I need to know chess to help my child?
No. The last page has every answer, so you can check the work together. Sheet 1 also explains how each piece moves.
How do I print them?
Each pack is one A4 PDF. Print in colour if you can; black and white works too.
Are the worksheets in Hindi or Telugu?
Pack 1 (the basics) comes in English, Hindi and Telugu. Pack 2 (tactics) is in English for now.
